Nerak Training and Consulting has been offering computer training services since 1987 and has kept pace with the ever-changing demands of its clients software requirements. To facilitate learning we developed several training delivery options for your training consideration. We offer a comprehensive list of computer courses covering office productivity requirements. 

• Our training service consists of designing and delivering customized software application training to businesses and their clients.
• Developing custom courseware and conducting training roll outs of software to trainers, staff members and client groups.
• In addition we offer - On-line “Just in Time” computer courses for both Mac and PC operating systems

Public Classroom Training
Nerak Training and Consulting offers many popular courses to clients at computer training centres located in the Southern, Central and Northern Okanagan area. We offer scheduled courses for popular software programs such as MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. 

Learners have the opportunity to:

• Network with peers.
• Stay focused on learning by being out of the office.

On-site Training -"Class in a Box"
With "Class in a Box" Nerak Training and Consulting can train your team at your own location.  A pre-event conference call with our instructional team allows us to understand your companies key issues to concentrate on your specific computer training pain points.

•  Eliminate individual travel costs and put more control in your hands.
• Launch a major organizational change initiative to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Control your class size and pick training dates that accommodate your business schedule.
• With groups of eight or more, on-site classes are more cost effective than public Classroom training.

Online E-learning Training 

•  Participants can log onto Nerak Training & Consulting E-Learning courses anytime, day or night.
• Any staff member can easily fit this independent learning experience into his or her schedule.
• Learn virtually anytime, anyplace, and at any pace.
• Online training is the most cost effective means for employees to achieve certificates of completion. This is particularly important for companies with remote employees or multiple office locations.
• Ramp up employees quickly. Courses can be activated normally within 24 hours.
• We can set it up so that you can monitor your team progress and certification status.

Blended Learning (2 to 3 hrs) (Currently under-development and coming soon)

Blended learning combines the advantages of self-paced online training with a virtual classroom. Students complete the assigned units of self-paced, online training prior to each two-hour session of instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions utilizing screen sharing software and an audio conference bridge allowing students to interact with the instructor.

• Self-study can be done anytime at the individual's pace before each Virtual classroom session.

Webinar - Virtual Classroom (Currently under-development and coming soon)

Nerak Training & Consulting is planning on offering scheduled virtual classroom courses to provide students with live, instructor-led training delivered by Nerak Training & Consulting staff. utilizing screen sharing software and an audio conference bridge allowing students to interact with the instructor without ever leaving their desk.   

•  Minimize the impact on your daily schedule by only training two hours a day for three days.
• Learn only what you need to with targeted, topic-specific courses.
• Ask questions and interact with the instructor.
• We will help your staff get up to spend with a minimum of down time to your company.
